Mika Rock and Jenny Bee, are long time friends, colleagues and business partners. 

Our personalities couldn’t be more different, but they are oh so complimentary. If Jenny, with her highly energetic creativity and motivation, is a bee, Mika, with her grounded presence and sweet, calming voice, is the honey. 

We have many similar skills and career experience, including being Certified Birth Doulas, Postpartum Doulas, massage therapists and yoga teachers that specialize in women’s health and wellness.

Wherever you choose to give birth, we are here to support you, to ---give birth and parent from a place of intuition and love.

We added HypnoBirthing childbirth education classes to our offerings. Knowing that self hypnosis is a game changer for birth givers and their partners. We are passionate about teaching these empowering classes!
