HypnoBirthing® is as much a philosophy as it is a technique. It is a rewarding, relaxing, stress-free method of birthing that is based on the belief that all babies should come into the world gently, in an
atmosphere of calm and joy.
Group classes with Mika Rock are offered in five consecutive weeks, classes are each three hours long. Classes are offered in English, French or bilingually, according to the group.

One Postpartum visit over the days that follow the birth.

12 hours of in-home, hands on support from the first few days that you arrive home, usually three hour visits, four times, once a week, but flexible depending on availability

Support with breastfeeding/bottle feeding

Support with care of baby, including first bath, diapering, nail cutting
